The $2.4 billion, based in Santa Ana, Calif. Orange County Credit Union hiring Sebastien Carpentier as Vice President of Enterprise Infrastructure and Information Security. In his new role, Carpentier is responsible for managing the implementation and operation of the credit union’s technology infrastructure, including the information security program and technology teams, encompassing the infrastructure network and systems and end-user support functions. He brings over 20 years of experience and most recently worked at City National Bank, where he developed and implemented innovative hybrid cloud strategies, designing an efficient operating model based on automation and intelligent operations. and building high performing, resilient and engaged teams in a highly changing environment. He also served as interim chief information security officer at Epson America. Carpentier holds a master’s degree from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris, France.


Jon Morrill Jon Morrill

The $643 million Federal Credit Union of Central Minnesota in Baxter, Minnesota, hired Jon Morrill as Vice President of Human Resources. Morrill joins MMFCU with over 20 years of leadership experience in public and private sector organizations, and brings experience in people engagement initiatives, strengths analysis and business growth initiatives. He most recently served as the Director of Human Resources for Pennington County in Rapid City, SD

Elizabeth Lindseydirector of member experience for the $226 million, based in Bowling Green, Ky. One Credit Union Service, received the 2022 CUNA Operations & Member Experience Rising Star Award at the CUNA Operations & Member Experience and Technology Councils Conference, held in Las Vegas September 21-24. The Rising Star Award recognizes promising talent within the ranks of credit union operations and member experience.

The $5.9 billion, based in Oklahoma City, Okla. Tinker Federal Credit Union announced a promotion and a new hire.

Chih Chen Chih Chen

Chih Wei Chen was promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager at the Choctaw, Okla., branch of TFCU. In his new role, Chen oversees member experiences and mentors his team to ensure that TFCU meets the financial needs of its members. He also participates in local events on behalf of TFCU to build and strengthen community bonds. Chen has worked for the credit union for 12 years and started his career as a cashier. He was promoted to membership service agent and then lobby supervisor at the Edmond East branch in Edmond, Okla., a position he held for four years. Chen graduated from Southwest CUNA Management School in Fort Worth, Texas and completed TFCU’s LEAD program, which trains and prepares TFCU employees for leadership roles.

Amy Harper was hired as a financial planning analyst for TFCU Financial Advisors, which offers a wide range of products and services including investment, insurance and retirement plans through its broker, Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Harper brings several years of investment industry experience to T. Price Rowe. It holds licenses in investment company products, general securities, government securities and investment advice.

The $85 million, based in Malvern, Ark. Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union hiring Krayton Ederington as a consumer credit manager. In his new role, Ederington is responsible for providing credit counseling, product awareness and underwriting to members regarding their car, boat, RV, motorcycle, ATV, card credit and signature loan. He brings over 18 years of customer service experience, including the last six years in consumer lending and mortgages. Most recently, Ederington served as a mortgage originator at US Bank. Prior to that, he held various positions including Branch Manager at Malvern National Bank.

Clint Seader Clint Seader

SwitchThink Solutionsa Phoenix-based IT services company, CUSO, created in partnership with Corelation, has hired Clint Seader as chief technology officer. In his new role, Seader is responsible for defining the company’s technology vision and architecture, as well as discovering and elevating the technologies that are moving the industry towards digital transformation. He most recently served as vice president of information technology for the $26 billion Tustin, Calif.-based SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union. He has been a leader at SchoolsFirst for the past 18 years, where he led strategic planning, software development initiatives, core banking infrastructure modernization and digital transformation efforts.
