The Dallas office of our client, an international Top I00 AmLaw firm, is seeking a partner for its corporate restructuring and reorganization practice. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law firm restructuring/reorganization, preferably including representing debtors in Chapter 11 matters. Candidates should have a strong academic background from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as experience at a large law firm and excellent references. You must be a member of the bar of the state in which you will sit or have the ability to gain admission quickly in the appropriate jurisdiction. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including legal research and writing, are also required.
