iQ Credit Union Recognized by Forbes as # 1 Credit Union in Washington | New


VANCOUVER, Washington., July 8, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Caisse populaire iQ (iQ), a modern member-owned financial institution based in the Pacific Northwest, today announced that it has been appointed to the Forbes’ 2021 List of “America’s Best Credit Unions in Every State “ as the first credit union in the state of Washington. This is the second year in a row that iQ has been on this list, placing third in the state in 2020.

Forbes names iQ Credit Union the best credit union in Washington state on the basis of its excellence in customer satisfaction.

The recognition emphasizes excellence in customer satisfaction and was determined based on an independent survey conducted by market research firm Statista of nearly 25,000 people across the country. Banks and Credit Unions were rated based on areas such as Overall Recommendations and Satisfaction, Trust, Terms and Conditions, Agency Services, Digital Services, and Financial Advice. Only 3.6% of the country’s 5,068 credit unions were on the list.
