The aftermath of Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter has proven to be quite tumultuous.

With a considerable number of people leaving the platform for good and get removed of the New York Stock Exchange, Twitter is now considering an imminent threat bankruptcy.

Fear comes after a series of rash decisions like a aggressive advertising politics, the unavailability of Twitter Blue even in supported regions, and more.

All of this combined points to tougher times ahead for Twitter in terms of an inability to generate more cash, resulting in insolvency.

That said, a number of high level members of the company have already resigned, thus shaking people’s confidence.

Similarly, many users (1,2,3,4,5,6) have begun to bid farewell to the microblogging platform as they feel it is dying.

It should be noted that the company is even in the process of liquidating offices and stopping almost all of its operations in India. Considering that the Indian audience makes up a significant portion of Twitter’s daily active users, that’s a bit of a concern.

Worse still, a leaked email from Elon Musk claims that Twitter needs to generate at least 50% of Blue subscription revenue in order to survive.

Despite all this negativity and controversy, Twitter remains managed to reach its record number of active users.

There’s a chance that this was all meticulously planned by Elon Musk and it’s going exactly as he planned.

After all, he is a great businessman and the richest man in the world. I believe it is too early to draw conclusions and we need to have some confidence in the leadership.
